honesty or chivalry?
act one:louis goes up stairs to 9th floor. sees old lady walking up a flight of steps behind. he sees that the client is not in her office and turns around and opens door to stairwell. old lady now at 9th floor is startled and smiling.
old lady: oh bless your heart! that was so kind of you to wait for me and hold the door open.
louis: ha. actually i wasnt. i was on my way back down because the person i came up to see wasnt there. im not that nice.
old lady chuckles thinking louis is kidding. louis quickly turns around and runs downstairs.

you know it. worse thing was that i ran into her two more times that day.
